about Our MEETING spaces

Nonprofit organizations are often challenged in finding high quality meeting space at an affordable price.  As part of the Center’s vision to support collaboration and help nonprofits provide services in a cost effective manner, several meeting rooms are available free of charge.  Tenants and other nonprofits have used the rooms for staff training, retreats, fundraising events, health fairs and more!

Please review the Policies and Procedures prior to reserving a meeting room.

“The meeting room spaces at the Community Partners Center provide
professional, clean, and technology-driven spaces. Your Way Home has used the meeting rooms many times to provide a centralized location for a variety of government, philanthropy, nonprofit, and other leaders to have a space to brainstorm, strategize, and collaborate.”
— Kayleigh Silver, Senior Manager - Housing & Homeless Services, Your Way Home Montgomery County
“ The state-of-the-art meeting spaces at the Community Partners Center are the perfect venues for people to come together to share ideas, gain skills, and plan collective action to benefit our community. The Walton Meeting Room is especially valuable for larger gatherings and trainings, with built-in, modern technology to accommodate complex multi-media presentations and flexible seating layouts to facilitate learning and access. Plus, it’s wonderful that local nonprofit organizations can rent these meeting spaces for free!”
